Earmark Investments was incorporated with two missions.

If it does, we’ll go to work for you to make the solution option a reality. And if it does not, we will suggest some other avenues for you to pursue and wish you good luck on the property.

And if you want us to, we give you the option to purchase the home ‘down the road’ at a price that is below market value so you start out with good, healthy home equity already built in.

And if you decide to not purchase the home ‘down the road’ you don’t have to. It’s your choice… not ours. So if new circumstances come up, you don’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops about a property you no longer want and have the responsibility of payments.
